You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@totesfab.shop with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
